Feedback Missing Item3 of White Rabbit Costume

Hello, guys. I'm here to tell you about a little-big inconvenient I had with the third chest of M120.
I finished collecting all the shadows, went on to talk to Agent003 and open the final chest to discover all of this was waiting for me https://imgur.com/9s1HkaG (you can see my nickname in the middle of all of that). Funny thing is that I've already cleared up my inventory and, still, only managed to get two free spaces. So, in the process of selecting the most important things and discarding some items of my inventory, most of the loot dissappeared. The two large gem bangs, the pet, a legi and the costume part went missing. I knew at that time that things are on the floor for a certain amount of time, I just didn't expect they would be gone so quickly. I would like to know if you can help me with that. Retrieving some of the items. It seems unfair to have nullified the possibility of getting the costume by an event like that. Re-activating the third quest would be the most appropiate thing given that I'd have to do all the runs again. The only unfair thing about that, is that I'd get access to a whole new loot again. So, perhaps, you could help me by simply allowing me to have the third part of the costume in my inventory.

I already wrote to the Support team, but there was no response. I think, mainly, because there's an issue with this account. It was gifted to me by an DSO fellow whom I do not have any contact nor does he play anymore. He forgot to replace the e-mail of the account and I don't have access to his. I wonder if there's a way this could be fixed.


Hoping that I've been clear enough about the issues, I'll be waiting for the feedback.

From those screens I can see it is not such a short time after all. In the first screen there is no coin drop.
I can only guess you left the map to organize the inventory ... or you went to Shady John to sell ... or you were really struggling to decide what item is your priority (and you made wrong decision by saving consumable kiss emotes).
I don't think that support will help you ... in this case it is clearly your fault.

About that "gift". You are clearly breaking the T&C ... and you can (should) get permanent ban for account sharing/exchanging/selling.

 

Although that was a really nice drop and a good example of why you want to buy inventory slots!

 

It was a nice drop.... but why can't I open any wood boxes.... What have I missed?

 

u need to do the RE missions agent 001,2,3 then u can open chest as many times as u complete the RE missions.
and that is a great drop,but u took to much time deciding,like any map it all disappears in a few minutes.
is y people want an event inventory bag,only good for events.

Although u cant be helped,there is a way for u to prevent this in future runs.
1.Throw away green ess. and equip blue instead.-1 slot
2.convert the quest items such as red cursed fragments and victory tokens to respective items.-2 slots
3.throw away any emotes or costumes,they are useless except for stacking your inventory.
4.use gem holders and keep gems in them.
