Cant login

    Keep getting error message when I try to login saying.
    No account matches username or password.

    Using chrome now which I know doesnt work but tried with the new windows browser and also had it load as IE, and tried with safari. Same thing even used the email link to verify my email


    No going to download FF.

    Hi @Blulady1 and welcome to Drakensang Online EN forum.
    Try to input correct username and password, you should login without problem even if your email address is not verified.
    As for the game you must switch to a browser that is still supporting Java or use our thin client, which doesn't require Flash and Java installation.

    If you are 3rd party user (Kongregate, Google ... etc.) you can't login on your own.

    Think I am stupid or what, of course I put my username and password in. duh

    And was using IE so still could not log in. so guess I wont be playing this game oh well

    Try your e-mail address instead of username ... it is the same thing.
    If you can't make it work just reset the password.
