Having Lag and Connecting problems

    2 hrs before this, my game shuts down, client problem. Then I had a problem connecting, and when I do I got 1k ms till I decided to restart the game.

    So now,     I can't connect to the server (Tegan) on March 29 8:29 AM CEST, either in my laptop or desktop. It displays the following message for my laptop once I log in:

    In my desktop it's just a blank screen after logging in my credentials.

    EDIT: So now I can log in to both device, but I still got 1k ms+.... Just want to know is the servers still have problems or something like that??

    Hello @X-VII , according to our team, Tegan server was and is still working smoothly, so, I'm going to ask you to please verify your internet connection quality with the steps provided in this link, and let us know your results. ;)

    As for error code 18, it's a minor one that usually resolves itself with a client restart.
