Hi, dunno if any of these have been suggested in other forums, but I'll bring up some too:
    - let all runes be bought from NPCs in the parallel worlds, or at least sapphire ones
    - implement tier 2 unique items drop and purchase in parallel worlds, this may help the balancing of - need dwarfs and tank - in chat
    - re-balance dwarfs and rangers in pve mostly<- probably countless posts on this already
    - introduce passives on characters for different achievements. Example:
    You've reached level 10 (+ 1 % health/ + 0,5 % attack speed)
    level 20 (+ 2 % health/ + 1% attack speed)

    - "sapphire runes", or rather simply speed runes, can be purchased from Zumpe, who is in Cardhun and in Kingshill.
    - Isn't there drop of t2 already? And isn't it purchasable at end of a dungeon? Anyways, how would it balance the game?
    - Only SMs and Rs? everything needs rebalancing. DK's limits on damage need to be nerfed (like why they can reach higher stats than anyone else?). Dwarfs' turret damage needs to be nerfed (just to put him equal to mage and ranger). Ranger's EA needs highlight (it's almost invisible). Mage needs higher damage limits (like why they can't reach as high stats as other classes?). These are just basics, there's a lot more to do.
    - For increasing stats and passives (yep, I wouldn't say that a statbuff is "passive ability") is Wisdom (and in pvp Fame, but that could be changed tbh), Experience is for improving abilities (won't call them "skills", some are "skillless").
