Is this better then destructor bow?

 

Neither appears particularly good.

Destruction bow isn't worth farming. I would just try to craft a good extraordinary bow with 2x iwd% - 1x +dam lines (ideal the iwd% lines would be the gold lines) and then move on to crafting 3x iwd% - 1x +dam legendaries.

Not really. A crafted legendary with 3 or 4 gold lines of the right type is what you want. Even an extraordinary with two gold lines is provably better.

Most people in pvp want a minimum of 2 gold lines of increased weapon damage % so that they can boost their big rubies.

 

The Predator was the weapon of your ancestors, actually it was the dream( maybe not trakilaki's dream because if i know corectly he was a longbow userin the past ) for those who reached the max (40 back than) now dmg % and dmg are the most important stats on a bow .
