Sharr Kharab's Quiver effect does not work.

    The fists come out for Sharr Kharab's Quiver, but they do not do any damage.
    I expected the effect of the quiver to do 300% weapon damage.
    Yes, the error can be reproduced. It does not work every time.
    There were no displayed error messages.

    It is working ... but only on stationary targets.
    Moving mobs will be most probably missed.
    I already gave you the answer at Wiki ... but you don't read and spam in random articles :)

    I've been testing it pretty extensively the past day or 2 and it doesn't damage stationary targets either on my end.

    ------MERGED------

    This is still not working at all, even on a motionless enemy.
