Looking for a not bad and friendly guild who speak english

Hi, i come from France but i speak english quiet good, i have Dwarf lvl49, Souffre on GRIMMAG, i need guild to progress during events, for farm Q, and Achievments. I play since 3 years or maybe more and i try all of classes until lvl50, and i know only 4 french player on Grimmag (lvl30 to 50....) :/ This is my second dwarf, maybe i need to detail my stats so :

Farm set HP 6380 Armor 3055 (57.4%) Res 1002 (30.6%) Dmg 2757-3710 speed attack 0.89 move speed 8.10% steam 115

PvP set (approximativ value because i dont use it often....) HP 10K Armor 77% Res 45% Attack speed 1.40 move speed 68.5% steam 175-180 (i dont remember the name for blocked attack^^) Chance to block 80% Value blocked 80%

I dont pay, only for premium sometime during very good event, like Sargon before, Winter Solstice or Dragan soon, but not often so.
I hope to find smart guild, i prescise smart, or with experience in game, players who played different classes and make a lot of events. That's all (and im a girl dont tell me and "HEY BRO" ty )
