melted item

    I had q7 set 2/2, but now its 1/2 - because I melted my weapon. I sent ticket to the support, and they told me they can't back item if its melted... the strangest this is that I know player who melted item by mistake 2 weeks ago, and he sent ticket to the support - and he got his item again. Another strange thing is that the topic about the rules which says that bigpoint cant give you back item if its melted is in the Bulgarian forum only! The topic is only in the Bulgarian forum!!!

    Those rules are universal. You can find the OA in this announcement.
    We cannot help you with your inquiry here in the forum, only your support officers can offer you assistance.
    If you are not satisfied with their decision you can contact another support team, but have in mind those rules are the same for all teams.
