    would be nice if i could fix this tried and failed. Reinstall doesnt work any ideas? ty all in advance...

    This is actually rather common since the release of 164, and a reinstall won't fix it since the DSO Cache folder is not deleted in the deinstallation process. See this post and the subsequent posts in the feedback thread for R164. As _Baragain_ described, you can fix this one of two ways. You can clear the entire DSO Client folder, but then the client will need to redownload the game files, or you can use the more surgical approach of deleting the dlcache folder inside the DSO Client folder. This is where the FMOD DLL files live.

    That is called censorship.
    The game doesn't support "69" file format.
