What is the best 2h Build

Hello there, can somebody tell me what is the best 2hand build for Ranger?
With q7 set.

 

Flavor of the month, from what I have seen is q7 set paired with:

Right Side:
Dragan Helmet (4x crit or mix of crit and %increased damage)
Witch Chaser Shoulders/Untouchables (offense/defense)
Sigris Torso/Grimmag (4x %increased damage)
Herald Gloves (4x %attack speed)
Dragan Boots (4x %run speed or whatever you need)

Left Side:
Medusa Amulet/Arachna Amulet (4x %critical damage depending on if you need crit/attack speed)
Frigid Spider Silk Cloak
Bearach Belt (4x %increased damage)
Mortis' Ring of Death (4x %critical damage)
Dragan Signet Ring (4x %critical damage)

Offensive:
Herald Bow (4x %increased damage) with rubies
Tenebruous Spider Adornment/Sigrismar's Eternal Grasp (4x %increased crit) with onyx's to boot

only one correction
Herald bow (4x %increased damage on this item) one other popular one, that's great for green essence is ( 1x % increased damage and 3x %increased damage on item), I would stick to first one though, because pretty much as good as second option and better for pve using essence.

Belt - 4x Increased dmg
2x Rings - 4x Critical dmg
Weapon Adornment - 4x Increased critical hit rate on this item
Bow - 4x Increased weapon dmg on this item
Helmet - 4x Increased critical hit rate
Pauldrons - Nothing transfered ofc.
Torso - 4x Increased dmg
Gloves - 4x Attack speed
Boots - 4x Travel speed
