    Why always Dragan's Bellicose Boots? I already have 3. Now, once again:( This is intentional.

    3? i got like 40 T4 boots and rings , and the half in gloves before a helm dropped.
    as for the weapon and cloak ..they haven't dropped on my main but on 2nd and 3rd char in 2 runs

    so it is random and somehow class based
